Cook Helper

Job Description

We are now seeking Nutritional Service Workers in Columbia, SC for a hospital in the local Columbia area. This hospital has openings for 1st shift.

· On the job training provided!

· Clean, safe work environment with a team focused on production and improvement.

· Pay is $10.50 per hour; shift hours are 7:30 AM - 4 PM or 8:00am -5:00pm Monday thru Friday with rotating weekends.

Qualified Candidates will:

· Be willing to be trained.

· Show a track record of reliability in their work history.

· Work on their feet for the duration of their shift and lift and bend.

Responsibilities include:

Dishwasher

  • Wash and clean pots, pans and trays. Help mop and clean the floor
  • Trash removal

Trayline Servers

• Assemble and prepare food trays.
• Prep food.
• Stack and Place trays on racks for serving

Cooker Helper

  • Prepping nutritional bags for patients
  • Making sandwiches
  • Helping the cook with small culinary task

Requirements:

· Drug Screen

· National Wide Background Check

· High School Diploma or GED
