Marathon Staffing is is INTERVIEWING NOW for hard-working, reliable, temp-to-hire candidates for multiple Manufacturing Laborers with our manufacturing client company located in Chattanooga, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for moving material to production areas
  • Grinding out metal defects
  • Assist with putting parts together
  • Following all safety guidelines
  • Accurate counts and identification of parts
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a safe manner
  • Repetitive lifting 
  • Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
  • Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and pneumatic
  • Punctual and reliable

Pay:  $16.50 per hour (Depending on Shift)

Schedule:

  • 2nd shift 6:00 pm to 4:30 am, Mon - Thurs with some OT requested or required during weekends
  • Some departments offer alternate schedules
