General Labor 2nd Shift

Job Description
Due to rapid growth, Marathon is Hiring Immediately reliable general laborers to work in a wood processing plant with lots of growth and to work with a great management team.

These are long-term, full-time positions with the opportunity for growth. If you are hard-working who values integrity in everything you do and you are looking for an opportunity around every corner we are hiring immediately and encourage anyone who is interested to apply.

Job Details:

  • This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity!
  • 1st Shift schedule is M-TH 6 am to 4:30 PM Friday 6:00am to noon First shift pay is $18.00 per hour
  • 2nd shift schedule is M-TH 4:00 pm to 1:00 am and Friday from 11:45 am to 5:45 PM second shift pay is $19.00 per hour
  • Weekend Shift: Fri_Sun 6am-6:30pm. Pay is $20.00 per hour with a $75 Bonus for Perfect Attendance.

Responsibilities:

  • Fits parts together in accordance with instructions and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Operates nail gun and hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
  • Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work in a safe manner
Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and pneumatic
Punctual and reliable
