Customer Service Representative-Remote

Job Description

The Contact Center Associate is responsible for the handling of all inbound calls according to company standards and procedures. This is a remote position working remotely from home.

Key Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls ordering products, taking donations, and assisting with basic customer service requests.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database. 
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Take clients prayer requests, record information within the customer database, and pray with callers who request prayer.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
  • Other duties including but not limited to data entry, email management, social media monitoring, etc.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

Education:    High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:  Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

 

 

Computer Skills: 

 

  • Ability to type 50+ words per minute with 98% accuracy
  • Familiar with Windows Office Suite
  • Familiar with Email
  • Familiar with Zoom
  • Familiar with Teams
  • Ability to work within multiple systems at once

 

Certificates & Licenses:  N/A

 

Other Requirements:

 

·        Internet provider must be cable or fiber.  No wireless point to point, cellular, dialup, satellite or DSL or hotspots (if working from home)

  • Speed test(s) must meet or exceed 5MB download and 5MB upload.  This should be verified by two or more speed tests such as fast.com and speedtest.net

·        Operating System must be Windows 10 Home, Pro or Enterprise.  Windows S is NOT permitted - minimum of 4GB of RAM but 8 is recommended - Processor should be at least a dual core i5 or better or equivalent such as a AMD Ryzen 5 - Please provide the output from System Information (msinfo32.exe) for verification by choosing File, Export and save to a file with your name. - Hard drive should be 7200RPM or SSD (recommended) - Recommended HDMI, Display, VGA or external option for second monitor - Active, current (up to date) antivirus program installed

  • Must be familiar with phone system

 

  • Must be able to communicate in person when needed
