Job Description
YES WE ARE HIRING!!! 

Marathon has several immediate ASSEMBLER & GENERAL LABOR positions available NOW!! Located in Lodi, CA 1st and 2nd shifts open and pay is starting at $16.50 - $17.50 an hour.

General Labor Team Members are responsible for safely handling lumber products, quality control and verifying that all materials meet customer requirements and company expectations.

Ideal candidates:
  • Will have attention to detail
  • Be a safety minded, team player,
  • Be able to read a tape measure,
  • Have basic math skills 
  • Can pass a drug test.
  • Capable of heavy lifting 
  • Be an agile worker!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Moves and secures lumber products and other materials according to instructions
* Stacks finish products according to predetermine bundle sizes and/or customer requirements
* Applies individual tags to material before/after treating/production
* Uses a staple gun and troubleshoots equipment
* Bands, bundles and secures material, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks
*Ensures correct quantities and material are strapped, labeled before leaving the work area
* Assists where needed in other work areas, moving material, loading and unloading material carts*
