Job Description

General Labor - Manufacturing Rubber Goods - $14-$17



Marathon Staffing is currently hiring General Labors (Mold Buster!) for 1st shift (5AM shift start) in Mesa, AZ for global designer and manufacturer of high performance wear resistant products for Mining and Aggregate industries.
• Willingness to work in hot environment
• Stack, wipe, and/or fill pre-cast molds by hand.
• lift and use heavy equipment.
• Checks product for defects or contamination.
• Dress code: Steel toed boots, long sleeve shirt, Jeans
• Face mask required at all times.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6AM to 4:30PM 

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Plant environment with loud noise, moving machinery, dusty, dirty. Outdoor weather conditions. Extreme temperatures.
