MCP Boule Processor

Job Description
Marathon Staffing is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as MCP Boule Processors!

Job Description:
  • Utilize various manual and automated equipment to build Tube Components.
  • Load and unload Tube Components from processing equipment. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Maintain a clean room environment.
Weekly pay and compensation beginning at at $15.50/hour with overtime available! 6 month duration. 

5:00AM - 2:30 Monday - Thursday and 5:00AM-1:00PM on Friday

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Knowledge of various Boule Fab processes
• Knowledge of various types of Film Depositions
• Good hand/eye coordination required and exceptional fine motor skills working with fiber optics
• Close attention to detail and quality with a high level of concentration required
• Ability to work using a magnified ILoop for extended periods of time (attached to safety glasses)
• Clean Room Experience required
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to work with little or no supervision if required
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly
