Due to rapid growth, Marathon is hiring customer service-focused Banquet Servers for immediate assignments in a Five Star Hotel in Birmingham, AL. Pay Rates: Earn $16.00 per hour

Job Details:

• Assignments start immediately / on-the-spot hiring
• Job Location: Birmingham, AL

Job Details:

As banquet server, you are responsible to:

• Set up banquet tables for dinner, deliver/serve pre-plated meals (no more than 2 plates at a time, clean up tables after event.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Welcome and acknowledge every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are required and you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Drug test and background are required for all new starts
• Able to communicate in English.
