Human Resource Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing full cycle recruitment process including manpower planning, on-boarding, screening processes, benefits administration, etc.

· Managing employee relations such as performance reviews and management, performance reviews, increases, problem resolution, promotions, and transfers

· Work with department managers on employee development, wage analysis, compensation, etc.

· Creating and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, certification processes, etc.

· Creating and fostering a positive work environment through employee relations and activities

· Abide by all federal and state laws, assist with union grievances, as requested

· Assist in creating, maintaining, and upholding all policies and procedures, assisting with Safety programs, activities, and trainings, sexual harassment trainings, etc.

Requirements:

· (5) years of Human Resource experience, preferred

· Solid understanding of HR functions, including benefits, compensation, performance management, employee retention, succession planning, etc.

· Working knowledge of FMLA, EEOC, ADA, AAP and other federal, state and local labor laws

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

· Ability to travel, as requested

· Ability to pass a full background check and drug screen

Position hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay range is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. Full benefits include vacation time, 401K with match, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, and more!
