Youth Program Instructor

Job Description

Now Hiring Youth Program Instructors! Come and play a critical role in your local community as you provide services to school-aged youth.

Position Details:

Part-time position (20 hours a week) paying $21.00 an hour

Convenient Weekly Pay!

Afternoon hours range between 1:30 PM to 6 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help implement a quality age-appropriate program with guidance from experienced youth program management.
  • Supervise the safety of children.
  • Participate in all program activities.
  • Help create an environment that fosters a positive self-image and respects the social and cultural differences of each child and values each child's strengths, needs, differences, and similarities.
  • Maintain an open, friendly, on-going communication with parents about the progress of participants and participate in scheduled staff meetings.
  • Responsible for classroom maintenance, equipment, and supplies.
  • Be available for some special events, Early Release Days, staff meetings.
  • Follow and uphold all COVID 19 safety protocol and guidelines
