Production Scheduler Admin

Tampa, FL

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Monday thru Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This role monitors material inventory, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors, which affect schedules. Re-dates backorders in AX ERP system with constant communication to the production scheduler.

Responsibilities:

  • Full coordination with production scheduler, operations manager, and customer service with regards to PW’s and sales order re-dates.

Knowledge/Requirements:

  • Competent PC skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft outlook, and ERP) preferably Microsoft AX
  • Degree of creativity and latitude is required
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years in production scheduling
  • 2-4 years MRP experience
  • 2-4 years ERP experience (preferably AX or SAP)
